SHIPPING POLICY

 I package everything in a way that will keep it safe and protected during it's travels to you!

I ship using the cheapest/quickest option for my buyers.

Usually it is First Class shipping through USPS.  

Once I ship the item to you, I am trusting the post office to do their job and I cannot be held responsible for losses or damages. I package my items and send them fairly and honestly. If there are issues in shipping I will do my best to work with you to find your package.

A note for International buyers: 

International shipments are not protected once they leave the US. Your package will have insurance and tracking when available, however not all countries apply. If we need to make an insurance claim, I expect my customer to work with me to the best of their ability and understand that it is frustrating for both parties. I will do everything in my power to ensure your happiness! 
 

I am not responsible for any additional customs fees etc. when shipping to a country with import fees.

RETURN POLICY

I deal with refunds/exchanges on an individual basis as each transaction is different. Buyers are responsible for return shipping if repairs or exchanges are granted. Custom orders are typically non-returnable.  

Pre-approved Return Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after you received your purchase. It must be in it's original condition. Please contact for the shipment address.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

PAYMENT METHOD

I accept payments through PayPal, you do not need to have an account to use this service.

Custom and Wholesale orders require a 50% deposit for the order to begin. The remainder is due when the order is complete.
